​Chris is currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Corban University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Community Health Education and Gerontology from Western Oregon University. With a background in the fitness industry, Chris brings a holistic and wellness-oriented perspective to her work, integrating mind and body well-being into her counseling approach.


Grounded in solution-focused therapies, Chris is passionate about helping clients discover their strengths and move toward meaningful, practical goals. She has a special heart for supporting mothers and is deeply committed to walking alongside women during and after pregnancy, offering encouragement, empowerment, and care through each unique stage. Her core values of compassion, respect, integrity, and service guide every aspect of her practice.


Chris also teaches fitness classes for older adults, combining her love for movement with her dedication to serving the aging population. Outside of her professional life, she treasures spending time in nature and attending sporting events with her husband and children. Her warm presence, strong values, and focus on personalized care make her a compassionate and insightful counselor-in-training.

Chris will start seeing clients in August, and will be available via telehealth and in office for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Therapy with Chris will be billed at a cash pay rate of $50 per session. Chris is not able to bill insurance for her services at this time.   Chris is supervised by Anna Norman, LCSW, PMH-C.
