Chelsea Campbell, PMNHP (she/her)
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Chelsea is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. She has extensive experience supporting individuals through the perinatal period and worked for nearly a decade as a maternal-child nurse home visitor. Chelsea strives to build a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space that is welcoming to all.
Chelsea provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and behavior change support. She recognizes this process is a partnership and centers her clients’ goals and values at all times. The mental health challenges she most commonly helps with are: anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, and insomnia. Chelsea’s practice is informed by the Internal Family Systems approach and she views many mental health challenges through an IFS lens. She incorporates motivational interviewing techniques and awareness training exercises into her work with clients. Chelsea also has additional training in guiding individuals wishing to apply the Intuitive Eating framework to their relationship to food.
Chelsea is a Colorado native who married an Oregonian and moved to the Willamette Valley in 2019. She loves the delicious produce grown in the area and never knew a strawberry could taste like a Mount Hood strawberry. Chelsea also enjoys lifting weights, singing, and getting outdoors with her husband and their twins. As much as any degree, her personal experience as a parent informs her approach to her work.
